The room was modern and really well fitted - super clean, too. Fast internet, which was very important for my stay.

The only missing item was an oven proof dish in the kitchen, as we wanted to use the oven. Unfortunately neighbouring guests did not abide by the quiet time rules on both nights which disturbed our sleep.

I received an email three days before arrival, inside the email was a message written only in German which I did not translate because I was on a trip. At the time of arrival at the apartment, there was no access to e-mail, so I did not know the arrangements for receiving the apartment There is no air conditioner in the apartment

spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Self check in was smooth. It was a bit cold for May and when asked the owner turned the floor hearing warmer.

The cleaning persons rang the bell at 09:55 in the morning. As we were finishing packing, I asked if we could leave in 10 minutes. The cleaning persons said no, saying that the next guests were coming in one and half hours. And they entered the house at 10:00 and began cleaning the bedrooms anyway while we were still there. We left at 10:05. We felt we were kicked out. Other than this, everything waw good.

the freezer was missing

Nice apartment with new furniture, washing machine after long day of skiing was perfect. Parking just in front of your door, very good. Location - 10 minutes by car to the Innsbruck, to the mountains - ski resort 10 minutes as well.

Clean, great design

there was no shampoo or basic hygiene products (only soap and men's shower gel). there was no breakfast. there was a kitchen in the room, but there was no tea or drinking water. The most unpleasant thing is the service. in the morning (10 am) I asked one of the workers to call me a taxi. he called and after I asked him to ask the driver for the cost of the trip, he began to get nervous and say that I should say thank you for calling me a taxi and that he didn’t have time for me. I really didn’t like the way he spoke to me and I asked to call the manager. The man said that the manager was sleeping (10 am). Nobody asked how I spent the night at their hotel. I don't recommend

It’s a big 2 storey traditional house.1 bathroom/toilet on each floor. Kitchen is very well equipped. The view outside is beautiful
