The hosts are excellent communicators. The property is just exactly as described and in an easy to access location. The property is very very clean and comfortable. We had never been to the UK before and did not know what to expect. We were absolutely thrilled with this beautiful flat with easy off street parking and thoughtful responsive hosts.

We never figured out how to put a UK address successfully into our rental car's GPS - that's on us though. The property was perfect.

Well equipped flat Warm, had everything we needed for the short stay. Nice to watch movies at the end of the day. It was good of the owner to let us into flat earlier than stipulated time as we had driven through snow and it was freezing outside.

The large double bed made a lot of noise every time we turned over. It creaked so much I am sure the neighbors heard it. This as well as the noise made by the floor creaking each time one of us got out of bed. My husband went through to the other bed it was just too noisy. Black out blinds or curtains would help a lot as the lights from the street were very bright when the room lights were turned off. The bin/refuse area outside was a complete mess. It needs to be addressed by the owners or the renters. Huge amount of seagulls on the roof of the other flats. Maybe its them that are making the mess? Who knows but it was not great from an outside view.

Really lovely flat, well decorated and cosy. Nice garden area.

Very minor grumble was that the beds were a little bit soft, but that's a personal thing. I slept like a log still!

The property is well equipped, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Perfect, if you value the independence of this type of accommodation offers. Nice little touches like providing tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, butter, jams etc, make a difference on arrival. Even had two umbrellas for the use of residents. Communication. was via messaging, but very responsive and helpful. Plenty of car parking available which can be an issue in Inverness.

Only drawback, if any, is that the property is a little out of the centre, although we had a car and also walked into centre, about 20 minutes.

Big apartament with all facilities. Kind owner, good cookunication before and during stay. Parking available in front of the door.

Far away from city center od someone don’t have a car.
