The location. Hostess restaurant recommendation was decent.

On arrival the hostess demanded we pay €40 up front in cash for late check-in and city tax €10 (we were 15 minutes late). We didn't have cash so she marched me to the ATM. This ate into our time in the evening especially after a long day travelling and we were caught off guard. It was incredibly awkward and she would not accept card or wire transfer. We were late because of delayed public transport. Looking at the terms and conditions afterwards she was entitled to charge us, but a good faith waiver of 15 minutes or a reminder would have been helpful. For example if you are 15 minutes late to a restaurant they keep your table. She acted like we had kept her waiting all night despite the fact we gave continuous updates throughout the day. There was dust everywhere, I have taken videos and pictures. There were random screws and objects laying around and random stuff in the drawers including razors. The fans and light switches were confusing to operate and the lounge fan was broken. The sofa bed was a bit manky too. At one point we joked that these were things laid out as traps so they could charge us more for damages or something. For two nights we were only given 2 shower and two face towels. They were really old and smelled musty. We also paid for 2 bedrooms and only had access to one bedrooms. We aren't a couple and didn't expect to be sharing a bed but we were left without a choice. The windows were also left open before our arrival and we got bitten by mosquitos.

I liked the fact that the location is near the Train Station and very convenient to other places. We got to use the washing machine with no problems. And the staff was very considerate
