Sehr freundlicher und kommunikativer Gastgeber. Gibt gute Tipps. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und es gibt alles in direkter Umgebung der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern. Bietet alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht.

Lugar muito bom, tudo novo, boa localização. Check in fácil com as chaves no cofre na entrada e ótima comunicação com o anfitrião. Apartamento bem equipado, recomendo.

Wir sind begeistert! Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, super sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man sich denken kann. Sogar eine Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen……alles da! Von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters kann ich nur schwärmen. Man kann die Nachbarn hören? Ja natürlich! Ist ja auch ein Mehrfamilienhaus! Das Bett war perfekt und super bequem. Der Wasserdruck nicht so stark? Im Gegenteil! Für das 6. Stockwerk sehr gut! Wir fanden sogar vorbereitete Eiswürfel im Eisschrank! Wir verbrachten hier leider nur 2 Tage/Nächte und parkten unser Auto im sehr nahegelegen Parkhaus und bezahlten für 2 Tage €25,- Sehr günstig und wir wussten unser Auto in Sicherheit! Wir fuhren entlang der gesamten Italiens Küste und diese Wohnung war eine der Schönsten!!

Da gibt es absolut nichts!

- Appartement propre et bien situé pour visiter les Cinq terres (port à 5min à pied) - Proche du centre animé de La Spezia - Très spacieux et bien équipé - Instructions claires et bons conseils du propriétaire

- Vue du balcon sur une cour intérieure - Immeuble un peu défraîchi - Pas de petit coin salon pour se poser

la ubicación es ideal, cerca del puerto y del centro histórico. Cocina bien equipada y baño y habitación muy amplios.

Nos gusta que la ducha tenga algo más de presión. El colchon de la cama de matrimonio se hundia en el centro. El propietario recomienda aparcar gratis en Viale Italia (calle paralela) pero es imposible encontrar sitio, nosotros aparcamos gratis, en zona sin parquimetros, a 5min andando en Via del Cappelletto.
