Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 250 bond taken the day prior to your arrival to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodations. Keys are located within the premises in a secured lock with a pin code access. Once payment and bond have been received, the property will send final instructions with a pin code and check-in/check-out procedures to guest. A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
