Easy key collection and friendly reception! We're able to pick up our ski gear as well as the keys. Jindabyne itself was beautiful and so many places to enjoy good food in walking location.

Our only issue was the hallways could be loud with children running up and down making a lot of noise stomping etc.

Close to everything Well stocked and very comfortable Check in was super easy

No reflection on the apartment but the entry to the apartment needs a bit of cheering up. No affect on our stay though.

On arriving no lights to show where the building entrance was.Had to use torch to find building entry door and no advice about security swipe system.Apartment main entry lock does not work properly due to wind in door.Once inside everything was more than satisfactory and location was excellent.Had a good time regardless!

Location is good

Payment method: they took deposit in May and ask customer to come back for another payment for remaining. Before arrival they need another online check in for photo ID and card for deposit. On the day of check-in they text me saying the deposit was declined and I had to call again, which my card was perfectly fine. It’s a very annoying process and lots of work to follow their payment structure, other hotels i only need to pay one time, for them? 4 times. Dish washer: there’s no dish washer and you need to wash your own dishes. Building was very old No parking or internet Terrible shampoo and soap provided, it smells pretty bad.

On arrival clean, everything you need, cooking and crockery. Excellent location. Nice ski vibe.

No where to store groceries, mezzanine floor and stairs very squeaky.
