The apartment could have been cleaner especially along the floor walls and corners —- sheets and towels were clean but could have smelled cleaner and softer feeling …

Missing basic things like hand soap, proper towels. Had to go buy them. Upon arrival to the unit discovered that bedsheets were dirty and messaged the property manager, but was ignored. Blankets were smelly and dirty too. WiFi connection instructions board was hidden in one of the cabinets, kids found it the next day. Small bugs crawling in the kitchen countertop.

I did some purchases at Wal-Mart and made breakfast at the apartment everyday

The concierge at the front desk were not very courteous and acted like it was a inconvenient for them to answer any questions. Once we got into the apartment it was a issue. The kitchen door to the hallway was not only unlocked but actually left open. I was wondering did someone walk out as we walked in. As soon as you got to the living room you saw black/gray things on the floor. What is it and you can see that the cover to the couch isn't all the way on. And when you lift it you see the couch is ripped and tearing and pieces are dropping to the floor. The patio was nice and a nice view. The rooms which were said to have two full bathrooms only had a bath and a half. And no bathtub. The main bathroom was not cleaned. Hair all on the toilet and a slime appearance all in the shower. The bedroom with 2 beds was ok except for the bedding being dirty. The main bedroom as well had dirty bedding. There were 8 remotes to the three tvs which hardly worked. TV in the living kept turning off every 30 minutes. The one in the double bed was not able to be used at all. The one in the main room was finally able to be used. The walls had hole/cracks. And we're dirty. Half painted walls. AC stained walls. Door knobs about to fall off. Iron cracked and broken. Kitchen sink had no cover to the garbage disposal. Lights with no light bulbs in the front entrance area, the living room and the main bedroom. And one light in the living room just kept flickering, just turned it off.The information was not relayed regarding the laundry facilities- listed was the cost of the washer and the dryer. And a price for a laundry card..not that a laundry card had to be purchased; not that there are only specific time frames that this card needed to be purchased in order to even access the facilities and nothing about once you purchase this card than you need to load it with funds to be able to use the mahines.. Unrefundable fees for key fobs mandated to buy.

It was wonderful, I made a special request for the hosts and they did it with lots of love! The view is incredible and the apartment is complete!
