It was really well maintained and superb service we received was the cherry on top.

It is a unique place in a fantastic atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful - secure and safe. Can’t be better Perfect Stay Will always come back.

The beds were extremely comfortable and larger than normal holiday homes which was amazing! It was also great to move the lounge couch to a "double bed". We have a 1 year old and this made it very comfortable. Property was clean and free of insects which was a nice surprise (I expected spiders and mosquitos) The roads to our property was better than the rest of Dinokeng so getting there and doing the self-drive option was convenient and comfortable. Was great to drive an hour from Jhb and see wild animals. Hosts did go out of their way to assist us with prompt responses

The Hammanskraal Taverns were quite noisy and we had both nights music until early hours of the morning which was annoying. Hosts did try call Metro police and noise did eventually go down but it left an unpleasantness as my husband and I are both very light sleepers. The pool can be heated but take note that it can take an entire day to get warmer. We were there when it was about 30'C and still it only heated up slightly by 8pm after about 10 hours of burning. We wanted to spend the day in the swimming pool with our baby but this wasn't possible in the end. If we knew it took long, we might have started very early with a very big fire to heat the pool a bit. We were also unlucky not to see much game in front of the unit but saw a lot of bird life, warthogs and a porcupine Overall we would consider going back
