Host is good and communicative. Property is big and lots of toys for kids.

Spent one hour to find the location. Lacks basic amenities such as Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, drying area for laundry. Already mentioned on the description of amenities during booking of non availability but how can one stay with air conditioning with temperatures more than 35 deg in summer. Dishwasher was full of used utensils with bad smell.

The apartament is clean and beautiful with the nice view. The owner is helpful.

It is located very high so the way from the train station is pretty tiring. No wifi. No kettle in the kitchen.

The apartment was big and comfortable. The view was amazing. Close to the train station, 20 minutes walk.

Too late check in and too early check out.

There was no Wi-Fi. It is posted in the equipments but nowadays you don’t look at the and just expect it.

Really spacious apartment with a lovely view and comfortable space, the host was good at replying fast and helpful. The space would suit a family stay with a car.

It was a hike to the apartment everyday, not ideal without a car, very dark and lonely path up to the apartment. The apartment is missing basic equipment such as a kettle. It would be better to leave more than just one roll of toilet paper for guests. The apartment could use a fan as it’s very hot in the summer. Drawers are filled with junk , could use a clean out.

Nice and clean apartment. The apartment is spacious and has a friendly balcony. The area is also peaceful with nice view from the balcony. It's about 20 min walk from LA spezia station but we find it easy to walk after doing it the first time. We feel at home every time we come back at the apartment at night. It's so nice to relax in the living room or in the balcony.
