"Covenient and affordable"

The location is excellent for access to public transport, a wide range of restaurants, the port and cruise terminals. The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to dine in.

The pillows in the bedroom were not great - this is a very important item always overlooked. I visited in the summer so was not necessary but the host may consider leaving a blanket or two out for use. The street below is a little noisy as many restaurants but this always was over by midnight latest.

"If you want to stay in the center od La Spezia, look no further"

Spacious apartment, well equipped, clean and in a perfect location in the center of La Spezia. Approx. 18 minutes from La Spezia Centrale, close to Marina, Dora supermarcet just around the corner. We would definitely return.

The beds are a bit hard, could be more comfortable.

Perfect stay! Smooth check-in, unbeatable central location with everything at your doorstep. Spotless apartment, fully equipped with all you need – from coffee machine and capsules to fresh towels and comfy bedding. I’d book again in a heartbeat!

Ubicación. Y personal. Paseo maritimo, puerto.,restaurantes, al lado. Pudimos ver dos desfiles. El personal 10.Amables y super serviciales.

Pequeña pega. O solo a modo informativo. Que queda a 15 minutios andando de la estacion. Por lo demas perfrcto. Camino lleno. De. Restaurantes y tiendas camino a estacion, se hace ameno.

We enjoyed our stay, huge apartment had everything we needed, comfortable and clean. La Spezia is a great city lots of shops and restaurants close by.

"Well-equipped apartmant in good location"

We booked this appartmant because we were going to cook and the kitchen was well-equipped to make a great lunch. We appreciated that there was some tea, coffe, spicies, oil etc. available for cooking. The Food Market is also close to the apartmant.

Others has already mentioned that because of bars nearby the evenings were a little bit noisy. For us it wasn't very disturbing.
