"Exceptional"

Wonderful apartment in an old building. Absolutely perfect location for exploring La Spezia. It's a 10 min walk to La Spezia Centrale to catch the train to the Cinque Terre, or a 15 min walk to the port if you are taking an excursion by bost. Comfortable bed, great hot water for showers, and very quiet at night. The kitchenette was perfect for my needs. There are many restaurant choices nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Great communication with the host, Sergio. He was very helpful and always available if you have any questions.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. At night, the lights outside can make the bedroom and hallway to the bedroom brighter than expected. It didn't bother me at all, but if you need a dark room to sleep at night, bring an sleep madk for your eyes.

Communication with the host was great. The location is perfect. The unit had everything we needed for a short stay. It was nice and quiet. The train station is 10 minutes away on foot, mostly on a flat road.

Only one face towel for two people, no bin in the bathroom, no mosquito net, kitchen very basic with no daylight in it, no kettle

"A good place for basic stay."

Location, wifi was good, shower was good, room was airy and bright.

Pillows were to soft and only two. Needed one more set of towels.
