The apartment was a great size. We had 6 people and more than enough room. Shower was amazing, great pressure. Best we've had in Europe so far. The outdoor area was a great size but it was too hot at this time for us to enjoy. The kids did enjoy a few games of table tennis though. We were right near grocery stores, restaurants and shops but didn't notice noise at night. Will definitely stay here again

we recommend to put the outside mirror in the bedroom, so you won't need to go outside for it.

The location and size of the property were good. It was in the middle of the shopping and dining area.
The kitchen facilities need to be improved. There was no proper cooker or oven that would be suitable for a party of 4 - 6 people. The fridge/freezer was also too small and should be upgraded to cater for the size of the property

The stay was amazing. The room was perfect for our family of 5, and the terrace was great to eat meals and sit out in the evening and the morning. It is located in the heart of La Spezia. Lots of shops and eating choices everywhere. Very short walk to the market. Close to the train station...10 min walk. Loved the restaurants nearby. We are definitely coming back and staying at this gem of a place. La Spezia was the highlight of our 2 week tour of Italy.

Communicating with Veronica was super easy, she always answered in no time and met us at the property to check in. The location was great both for enjoying La Spezia itself and to go around to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Portofino, Pisa and much more. The train station is just a few minutes walk away. The property is very spacious and nicely decorated and was comfortable for a family of 6. The table tennis table was an extra bonus for the kids which by the way are over 18 hehe. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to book it again. Thanks for everything Veronica
