"Best stay in Italy, this place has it all, with a wonderful host!"

Beautiful and homey. Wonderful host, great and ample coffee, snacks and quick breakfast options. Host provided all essentials a great washing machine and a great view in the balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and lots of light in the day with the option of blinds to cut the light if too hot. Soaps, quality shampoos and conditioners provided as well and towels. It is spacious and there is an elevator. It was quiet and easy to sleep. There is an ice cream shop below, I traveled to all areas north and south of Italy and this shop has the best ice cream, service and unbeatable price. Location is 7 min walk to the train station. A good parking spot below. A little further down (15 min walk to pedestrian area and 20 min to waterfront. The area has nice restaurants. It was my daughter’s most memorable place and city, just wish I had more time. Host was readily available and very sweet.

I honestly can’t think of anything.

"Location, Clean and well equipped"

Clean, great location and a friendly, caring, helpful host. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Basket full of breakfast and snack items. Fridge with juice,water, milk and yoghurt. It’s on 8th floor but has a elevator and great views of the city. Highly recommend.

Close to the transport to Cinque Terre, Very comfortable apartment, everything you need and plenty of room. Great views over the city. Once you found parking it was free and you could stay as long as you wanted.

Nothing to dislike at all.

Everything is the best. The facilities are better than the photos, neat and comfortable. The host was very friendly and prepared a lot of simple breakfasts. There really is no better place than here. I recommend you go there.

"Great stay near Cinque Terre"

Like the apartment, it's at a strategic location around 10 minutes from train station, Pina is very friendly and show us where to visit in La Spezia and provide me the info to Cinqur Terre.
