Our stay in this apartment was wonderful, everything as described, we are very pleased with our stay there. Apartment very clean, well equipped, in a great location in the centre, close to the marina and not far from the train station. The owners are very nice, very good contact and very helpful. We sincerely recommend it for a short and long stays and we will gladly come back. Thank you very much.

This location is incredibly convenient, just a 12-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale and only 5 minutes from the pier. Monica, the host, is friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for affordable, high-quality dining and must-visit spots in the area.

Very nice place in Spezia. Close to many stores and restaurants. The hostess welcomed us kindly and gave us hints about the local places to go. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Location was a perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre and Pisa. Also in the middle of La Spezia near the shops so everything you could want was nearby. Hosts were very helpful who sorted out any issues we had.

Hot water did not work at first. But this was resolved quite quickly with a few WhatsApp messages.

Very clear and in a central location. We had easy access to the attractions of the area and were quite comfortable during our stay in La Spezia. Great place to base ourselves for the Cinque Terre.

We liked the price and especially the location; near the train station, shopping street and restaurants. We also liked the elevator! The coffee machine was also very much appreciated.

Finding the apartment was a bit challenging as the street name in the street sign only shows 'Via Biassa' but officially and in Google Maps, it is called 'Via Baldasarre Biassa'. This caused some confusion.

Apartment is very beautiful, located mid way between the marina and the train station so very convenient for both sides. It's located on the main shopping and tourist street in town. Very clean and well maintained apartment. Air conditioning was a boon. Monica, the host was very kind and helpful. Loved staying at this apartment.

There was no elevator, so although the apartment is on second floor and stairs are not too steep, still an effort if you are staying with family and have suitcases. That said, there was an elevator under construction so hopefully will be easier in future!
