appartamento rinnovato e spazioso , comodo per la posizione strategica a solo mezz ora dalle cinque terre o dalla riviera toscana . Tutto molto positivo , host accogliente e super dettagliato nelle istruzioni .

Nulla ! peccato solo non ci fossero lavastoviglie e lavatrice

Die Wohnung ist nicht klimatisiert und es gibt keine Waschmaschine, kaffeemaschine hat auch nicht funktioniert...🙈 Das wäre alles nicht so schlimm – aber: Wenn man mit der Familie dort ist, reicht das warme Wasser einfach nicht aus. Sobald eine Person geduscht hat und die zweite direkt danach duscht, wird das Wasser bereits während des Duschens eiskalt – man schafft oft nicht einmal die Hälfte. Man muss also mit kaltem Wasser duschen. Stellt euch vor, was passiert, wenn mehrere Personen nacheinander duschen wollen...

It's a beautiful flat, elegantly decorated. Every item is carefully selected. It's very comfortable for a couple and very convenient since there are both bus stops and free parking spaces very near. There was a great variety for breakfast to choose from.

It could be equiped with air conditioning instead of fans.

The fact that a lot of things were provided in the house, including things like sunscreen, some essentials (e.g. milk, breakfast pastries, granola…). It was also very clean and very spaceous for two people.

Walking from La Spezia Migliarina station was 15mins, and La Spezia centrale was 40mins. As a couple who came to go to cinque terre, most trains didn’t return to Migliarina, and we had to walk extra each time.
