perfect location,20 min walk to train station or bus stop directly outside.Rosy was there to greet us and go over things in home, oh and gave us delicious cookies. home was well appointed and she left breakfast items and creamer . very clean ,washer on site.great pizza place next door.

the stairs ! if your out of shape or have bad knees ( i have both issues) it is a bit of a climb, but Rosy was there to help with luggage (what a kind gesture )

The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The bedrooms are large, beautifully furnished and the apartment has the benefit of two bathrooms. The location is great for getting around as the bus stop is outside the apartment and there's a supermarket and bakery close by. Rosy is a lovely host, really helpful with local information and ready to answer any queries during your stay, even baking cookies as a welcome. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

The property was beautiful. It had everything we required for our stay. The house was beautifully presented, clean and tidy and Rosy provided extensive information of the area. We loved her pizza recommendations

We liked absolutely everything! Our stay was perfect, the apartment was wonderful in every way. As a host, Rosy was THE best (11 out of 10!!!!) - extremely hospitable and friendly, very informative, and wanted us to have the best time in La Spezia which we did. Thanks for everything Rosy!! And the secure car parking was excellent too. Book this place now, you will not be disappointed.

As we said, our stay was perfect. And the climb up the 64 stairs was worth the effort!! Rosy even had her son on hand to help us with our luggage - how good is that????!!!!

Great location as a base to see the local area. 2 bathrooms a bonus, spacious apartment. Secure parking is a short walk up the road. Rosy was very helpful at check in and with any queries. Great pizza outlet a couple of doors away.

Apartment is 3rd floor with no lift but that’s me just being lazy!!!

very cosy and clean apartment, in a quiet location with amazing owner. Thank you Rosy for all the advices and for your help, I look forward to come back to this nice apartment. also, private parking 150m from the apartment is just great!

a bit longer to go to the city center by foot, but this is not a problem at all, you can use bus and car of course.

Parking was included, also a big file with all helpfull information.
