La casa è molto bella e giusta per due persone, con tutti i comfort. Molto comodo il parcheggio a pochi metri, come anche la fermata del bus per Portovenere che passa da lì ogni 15 minuti

Bel appartamentino, piccolo ma carino, anche se abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare la coperta, dopo indicatoci dal proprietario

purtroppo spiacevole l'uscita di casa, in quanto le auto sfrecciano veloci, si deve fare molta attenzione, forse un dosso dissuasore potrebbe andare

I booked for 3 nights, when I checked in the air conditions didn’t work, the owner said will come to fix second day, but when we came back, they just put a battery on the door, the battery didn’t work. So we suffer two days without air condition, it was too hot, is had to open the window. So we were bitten by mosquitoes. So I left And I told them I will not stay there anymore, until now they don’t return me the money for the third night. Really horrible experience.

Easy to get to on the bus from Garibaldi in La Spezia. We bumped into the owner Massimo when we arrived and he gave us directions to explore Cadimare, we found the most amazing restaurant in nearby Fezzano (Il Tratone di Claudio) as a result. The property is perfect for a couple and is refurbished throughout, the kitchen has a small induction hob perfect for cooking, a nice sized fridge, draining facilities above the sink and coffee, olive oil and salt are provided. There is a little table and two chairs to eat at. The bathroom has a heated towel rail perfect for drying swimming things and towels on. When in use we opened the bathroom window and closed the bathroom door to minimise noise. There is a rainfall shower head and a more powerful hand held shower attachment to choose from, as well as a little shelf to put your shampoo etc. There is an aircon unit which kept the room cool at night, this meant you could close the windows at night to avoid mosquitoes and road noise. We also closed the bathroom door at night which kept the bedroom dark and quiet. We were never disturbed by the road or mosquitoes as a result and slept really well. We found the interactive welcome poster on the wall really handy for finding beaches and hiking and we had all the cleaning products and equipment needed to keep the apartment clean and tidy. The location is just two minutes from the bus stop each way. The location is rural so there are not continuous pavements, but we visited many local towns and this is true everywhere. There are pavements on both sides by the bus stops and you can often find pedestrian routes up and down stairs next to the road. Drivers are very respectful and will give you a wide berth. The entire region is so clean and free of litter. The sea is crystal clear with many fish. The best sandy beaches we found were Baia Blu and Monterosso Al Mare. Palmaria Island and Portovenere are close by and beautiful spots to visit.

Almost everything we needed we had apart from a tea towel, bread knife and corkscrew. There is a tv but only local channels so best to bring a laptop if you want to stream netflix etc. We also felt the instructions for recycling and disposing of rubbish could be amended as the nearest bins are just 2 minutes away down the stairs next to the apartment, but the instructions list lots of different locations in town. We initially thought we'd have to take the rubbish on the bus but this is not the case, the closest location is actually very convenient.
