Excellent location. The apartment was the perfect size for two. There were lots of amazing restaurants nearby.

In the bathroom they could organize some soap/shower gel coz there was none. Rest ok

The location is in the historic town center of La laguna. There are several cafes, churches, and supermarkets in the vicinity. The tram and bus stops are few minutes (5-10 min) walking distance. The apartment has an elevator for access. It has comfortable beds, a working area and a TV with internet.

The apartment was devoid of hand wash. Usually bnbs have a basic hand wash soap. I do not expect shampoo or shower gel. But surprisingly they had more free things in the kitchen like salt, chilli, some oil, and utensil cleaner gel. So it looked like the owner had little time to verify what is there and what is missing. The response from the property was always there just sometimes delayed adding to some inconvenience. One of the second entry doors to the apartment is very hard to unlock and I had some struggle on the last day of arrival. With no reception area, one is on its own in such situations (this isnt the fault of the owner though!).

We did not like anything about this apartment. We did not enjoy our stay here. We recommend you stay elsewhere.

The owner, Christian, does not care about your comfort. His cleaning staff is very nice, but he is unhelpful. We did not enjoy our stay here, and we recommend you stay elsewhere. The apartment is awkwardly long and narrow, like a tunnel, granting no space for suitcases. (We had to leave our bags in the hall, where we were constantly stepping over them.) The apartment furnishings are cheap. No thought, effort or money has been invested to ensure guests’ enjoyment. The hot water tank leaks and does not provide sufficient hot water for a shower. The shower stall leaks all over the bathroom floor. The stove top works only partially and reluctantly. The kitchen sink does not drain. The bed is hard. The place is festooned with plastic flowers and plants, which is especially ridiculous in a land where plants and flowers grow luxuriantly all by themselves! Parking for Christian’s apartment is several blocks away, which is awkward. On previous visits to La Laguna, we stayed at the La Laguna Gran Hotel (which has its own private parking). But this time we thought we’d like to have a kitchen. Big mistake. La Laguna has an abundance of excellent restaurants and cafes. And the La Laguna Gran’s buffet breakfast is superb. Our advice: Stay at the La Laguna Gran. We certainly will from now on.
