Comfy bed, great food at busy popular restaurant. Although close to autobahn, we never heard anything. Would recommend.

Was not great. We booked months in advance and then our payment didn’t go through because we had a new card which then cancelled the stay and had to rebook for almost 100 more, then the owner wanted more money for the baby. She justified this as more linens for the baby but we had our own pack and play and didn’t use anything more than what was given so I don’t understand more after we already paid more. Owner said problem was with booking and not her problem. The picture doesn’t show the view of the patio across the way which has a dog outside barking all the time. Bar downstairs offers 1 euro shots and attracts lots of younger people to be outside partying literally all night. Doors don’t close all the way or properly and was a safety concern for our kids but also the noise coming in from outside. I had high hopes for this place but think it might be the least favourite of my stays throughout my trip to Italy. To be honest La Spezia as a whole isn’t that great and I would skip it.

Extremely noisy, very loud music from the bar under the flat till 3 am in the morning, so loud that it seems there’s a huge party right in your room, even with open windows

Noisy on the weekend because of the bar downstairs, but that was just for one night the entire week I was there.
