MountainLodge am Ötscher

The property is so clean and Franz was extremely nice. Everything was available and if there’s anything missing, Franz would help out as soon as he could.

Apartment was clean and nicely furnished. There was everything we needed. There are nice views of the surrounding mountains from the apartment and terrace, which is big and nice. We also enjoyed fresh buns which we ordered for breakfast.

The apartment were very nice and modern (tasty minimal style), but the walls are so thin that disturbing noises and almost every word can be heard from neighboring flats and every step can be heard from the level above, too. The T-bar lift was close, but the comfortable chairlift was far by foot. The shower cabin was spacious, but there was no shelf (holder) for your own soap in the shower cabin. The bathroom temperature could only be set to max. 21 degrees. The ski room was spacious, but the boot heater was turned off at night by somebody. Our boots were cold in the mornings. The kitchenware was premium quality but not totally clean and used sponge was prepared in the kitchen. Otherwise the cleanliness was acceptable, with some exceptions (food remainings were found in the dishwasher). The glasses and utensils had to be cleaned before use. The bakery service was basically okay. During the 4 days, we received only one roll, which was not fresh. All other pastries were fresh and fine. The host is fluent in German, but can only speak English by pointing. Nevertheless, he was very kind and helpful when he was there very rarely.

Modern and spacious flat in small village, perfect views. Brotchen-Service was top. The MountainLodge is very close to the Oetscher lift-station.

Beautifull hotel with nice owner, everything comfortable, apartman clean with usefull items and huge terrace for our dog.
