App has full kitchen with washing machine. Location is nex to the grocery store and market for fresh vegetables. Sea is 50m and train station is 400m far. Train leaves to Rome every cca 30 minutes from 4:00 to 23:00.

Appartmen block has cca 8 apartments and some times you can hear the noise form other appartments. You can easily solve this problem if you stay out in a great restaurants nearby and come to bed late at night ;)
