La situation et le rapport qualité prix.

L'accès en voiture du stationnement est complètement détruit! Le prix exorbitant pour la piscine. Le plancher et le plafond suscitent l'inquiétude. Le linge de lit décevant. Manque de propreté, fourmis et saletés.

Disponibilité de la propriétaire. Explications pour l'accès au logement très claires. Lit confortable. Bonne situation géographique du logement. Proximité de la plage. Parking fermé à proximité.

On est en droit d'attendre un nettoyage un peu plus approfondi du logement. Un rafraîchissement de la peinture ne serait également pas superflu. Quelques assiettes supplémentaires ne seraient pas de trop non plus... L'ensemble ne permet pas selon nous de justifier le qualificatif de "studio de standing".

La qualité de la literie+++ ,l'emplacement, la propreté du complexe, l'accès plage,la qualité du Wi-Fi,le stock d eau pour palier aux tours d'eau. Grande sdb. Disponibilité de l'hote, laverie dispo au rdc 2eme et 4eme étage pour 3.50€,la localisation.
