it was not what i expected it would be. the gate doesn't work properly, kitchen isn't up to standards for self catering

Would have liked soap & extra toilet paper with a dustbin in the bathrooms. I prefer a top sheet on my bed. In the kitchen a shortage of steak knives and sharp peeling knives.
