Fairway Paradise tiny home

Hosts were very fast to respond and handle any issues. The location was very convenient.

The tiny home is a garage apartment and smells like a garage (i.e., chemical odors). Furniture and kitchen amenities were not in working order/falling apart.

Location was perfect! Area was quiet and safe. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope it’s available for us to use again next year!

Everything was great. If I had to be picky I would say the bedroom gets warmer at night with the door shut. I don’t know if it’s the vent that’s closed. I couldn’t reach it. A tv in the bedroom would be nice but def no big deal. I would also recommend, since there is no closet in the bedroom more hooks in the bathroom and all around the bedroom. So you can hang your pool towels, wet swimsuits, etc. Again it’s was a wonderful stay just some ideas for those who would be staying longer.

We had the things that we needed (bathroom, shower, kitchen, bedroom). The place was nice and comfortable.

It would be nice to have a second complete set of bedding and a kitchen towel available. Directions for how to access the property could be clearer.

Room was Not Sound proof. Second day there, there was a party going on with loud music. It sounded like the stereo was blasting behind the wall. Which was the owners playing. Then on top of that there was another renter on the 2nd floor with 3 small children thumping through our ceiling to 10 pm and again at 7 am on the morning.

Well decorated. Convenient location. Newly renovated. Had good, basic amenities. It was quiet.

Not enough hot water for a second person to shower. Need the ability to have shades that don't allow light to flow in. Bathroom sink is the smallest I have seen. Can't wash your face or spit in it when brushing your teeth.
