The location was phenomenon! Very close to everything like city centre, the store, especially the station just across the road! The room was quite spacious and very lovely. The bathroom was sparkling and water pressure was good.

It was close to the main road and close to the station so it can be a bit noisy and busy some time.

The location was good and guarded from the noise in the city center. There was a nice variety of nearby shops and being near the train station has many perks.

Smallest doubles I ever slept on. People kept mistaking the door next to the laundry room as a separate exit and kept pushing themselves against the door late at night. Please add a sign saying private residence on that door.

A few things in the appartment did not work and were repaired on the same day.

The side street was very dirty and there was a lot of noise from the street outside. The bed was not comfortable and too narrow for two people.

We were attending party in the Park concert to see Kylie and the host left us a welcome bottle of Kylie prosecco and nibbles which was a lovely touch.

Nothing not to like

It was in a great central location, near transport and restaurants. The staff were friendly and communicative, there is an info sheet with QR codes leading to video guides about how to use the appliances. Everything I needed and more was in the room, including a washing machine and iron. The bed was extremely comfortable with the softest sheets. I had a great stay.

The property is mostly perfect there are only very nit picky comments such as the noise from outside. Of course this is out of their control however it was nice to see they supplied ear plugs. Some of the cups were a little used but they were fine with a quick clean. Be aware there’s a mandatory £250 deposit which I didn’t realise until after booking, however they only hold your card details for up to three days after your stay.

A lovely apartment, nice and quiet. Close to city centre. Had everything you needed.

Mattress on bed was very uncomfortable and full of springs.

Convenient location near train station and mini supermarket, good kitchen and other facilities, didn't have any issues with cleanliness

Location is down a poorly kept side-road, pretty noisy outside
