"Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ( Natur, Münster, Osnabrück, Tecklenburg....) Bahnanschluss"

Unser Dankeschön geht vor allem an den Vermieter, der sehr bemüht war, uns zu unterstützen. Bspw. gab es ein Problem mit dem Wasserhahn in der Küche. Dieser wurde dann sofort von ihm ausgetauscht! Das Badezimmer ist super, und der Abstellraum ist sehr praktisch! Ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

"Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage - aber die vielen störenden Kleinigkeiten nerven dann doch irgendwann."

Sehr schöne Raumaufteilung und gute Badezimmeraustattung. Schlafmatraze und Größe sehr gut. Schöne Terrasse und sehr ruhige Lage der Wohnung. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustür und Fahrräder können auf der Terrasse mit separaten Zugang abgestellt werden. Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos.

Div. Unzulänglichkeiten: Kein Schlafzimmerschrank vorhanden. Küchenausstattung nicht vollständig, z.B. kein Brotmesser und -korb, Besteck nicht vollständig, z.B. nur eine Küchengabel, Kaffeemaschine undicht, keine Eierbecher und -löffel, Dosenöffner fehlt, nur ein kleiner Kochtopf vorhanden. Keine Leselampen im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm - nur per Internet möglich. Grill auf Terrasse nicht nutzbar, Deckelgriff fehlt, sehr verschmutzt und Gasleitungen machen keinen soliden Eindruck. Markisenstoff Terrasse defekt. Auf Sitzmöbel befanden sich div. Haare (Hund?) und Schuppen - musste erstmal gereinigt werden.

Nice apartment with all facilities

No senseo coffeepads, tea or other basic supplies. Also no towels for drying dishes. Refurbishing on the house and surrounding houses ongoing.

"A perfect decorated house and very comfirtable, must visit again !"

The location was fine in a quiet residential area with a nice overview from the terrace. The interior was perfect and with modern appliances and a very spacious shower.

"Superb"

The apartment had very good facilities, was very well renovated and very clean. A very comfortable place to stay.

The outside of the buliding in which the apartment is located doesn't look very nice on the moment. It needs some painting but that will probably be done soon. We didn't like the town of Lengerich very much but the surroundings are beautiful with good hiking options.
