Ganz wunderbar liebe uns hilfsbereite Gastgeber, toller Blick auf die Berge, der Kamin war ein Traum, die Küche hatte alles und trotz beacheidenem Wetter konnte man die Ruhe auf dem Balkon genießen.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained. It was absolutely like what I had seen in the photos when I booked it. I am grateful for Sandra`s warm hospitality. Thank you! I stayed in this apartment with my family during the business trip to Munich for the exhibition Bauma-2025. The train from Lenggries is very useful for reaching Munich without traffic in one hour, from the apartment by car to the train station in about 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, the internet connection via Wi-Fi was rather slow. For me there were not enough hangers for towels and clothes in the bathroom and the absence of shower gel and shampoo was surprising))

The location is absolutely stunning. It's within walking distance of a couple of ski lifts and the town. The kitchen had all the facilities for us to make most of our meals ourselves. If you're not into skiing there are heaps of hiking trails around the town to explore. The accommodation is also beautiful enough that if you have the time, spending it indoors would be a lovely way to spend the day.

Getting in was a bit tricky. I was emailed a form to a website that held all the checking in instructions but it didn't work. I had to call around and ask the neighbours for help before another guest at the accommodation spoke on the phone to our host and gave us the key code. Once we had the code tho, everything else was wonderful.

The quality of the fittings in this apartment is exceptional

The apartment is is a 20 + minute walk from amenities. If you have a car, no problem. But on foot, it can be an issue.
