Good location for the City Centre.

The entrance is miserable, with copious cigarette butts on the floor. Young men congregate at the entrance smoking and drinking here. Well into the night.This can be very intimidating. Similarly they congregate immidiately below the bedroom window and there is nothing one can do about their noise. The staircase is also littered with dirty carpet and cigarette butts. The entrance to the flats is via a digital lock, however, often, the main door is propped open, giving anyone free access into the building. My first impression upon getting into the flat is it looked OK. The lighting is poor, throughout the flat. It can be better at minimal cost. The dining room is dark and dim, grease marks are in abundance, and it looks out onto a dirty landing littered with cigarette butts. The oven had caked in grime and I had to ask for this to be cleaned. It was sick making. Photos are available. The dining room is poorly equipped. There was no standard kitchen knife or cutting board. A meat cleaver in any inexperienced hand is asking for trouble. The bedroom curtains are very flimsy, they do not exclude light, so a lot of street light, all night long in the bedroom. The windows are single-pane. Thus there is a lot of street noise in the bedroom. Lighting in the bedroom is haphazard. No bedside lights. Glaring central light. Despite my asking for better pillows, my lumpy pillows were replaced with lumpy pillows. Mattress is comfortable. Bedroom is minimalist with ultra cheap furnishings. The bathroom is fine, but has a smell of damp. The sink drains into the shower plumbing and it overflows into the shower tray.

location and attention of employees

It's not that I didn't like it, I suggest that the staff, a little more, an apartment company, cutlery, towels, pans, these things don't have much in the apartment.
