An early check-in from 12:00 until 16:00 (if available) is possible on request for additional fee of EUR 50. A late check-out from 10:00 until 14:00 (if available) is possible on request for additional fee of EUR 50. For each hour delay of arranged check-in or check-out time a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the property immediately after booking. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
