Excellent location, cosy apartment, brilliant host to welcome us and give us very helpful advice.

No breakfast offered. However, a bottle of red valais wine was the welcoming gift and several coffee capsules were left for me to use. French was used to communicate, which was certainly a plus. Large terrace, beautiful view, lots of windows to let light and fresh air in. Plenty of space for all types of in-house activities. Very quiet too. Everything worked! And, there was an elevator, useful to carry heavy luggage. Close to all you can think of needing. Warm and efficient hosts. A full invoice was prepared which has not been the case with my other Booking arrangement in Zurich.

I was alone and cleaning costs were covered in the basic fee, however a sur charge for bed sheets was added to my bill because the contract did not cover the provision of bed linen. I have never seen this elsewhere and had thought surely what was meant was that individuals requesting more than the sheets provided would be charged for it. So I was taken aback. But a contract is a contract and I agreed to pay. Otherwise, no complaint at all.

The staff is friendly and professional. The appartement is located in the heart of the city in a very quiet area. It was sparkly clean and very comfortable. An option to park in the public parking is available when booking.

The wifi was not very stable but with no major issues.
