Centrally located apartment in Duke Street- free parking- two bathrooms

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of the City centre & Albert Dock areas.It is spacious,very clean,modern and equipped with all expected facilities.The free WiFi is particularly good.Plenty of underground car park spaces in a designated spot with access via key fob.A stay here is recommended Thanks Ges & Judy

Not a big issue but I would have preferred check-in instructions on the night before or morning of arrival day to ensure I was clear about where to park and where to collect keys rather than arriving and waiting for an email.

The Hosts were very friendly and patient when we asked questions and were quick to answer. It was reassuring to have a friendly person to communicate with. The location was so convenient. It couldn't have been better as I have mobility problems. Everything was on the doorstep. I would definitely return to such a great place.

It would have been good to know that the garage was underground. we were trying to find an overground car park in the dark. Maybe that should be included in the information for entry to the apartment. I might have missed the information but hadn't seen it. Also to not come in a wide car as the entrance to the car park is narrow.

The apartment was very comfortable, with plenty of chairs and a sofa in the sitting room area. The beds very comfy. A well equipped kitchen, which enabled us to eat in most evenings. Unlike other reviews we didn’t have any problem with collecting keys on arrival. The location was just right for getting all around the different parts of Liverpool.

As other reviewers have mentioned, being able to make a nice coffee would be a bonus, so a cafetière jug would be appreciated in the kitchen.

Large spacious apartment, well heated for very cold weather, great location for visiting the city and all locations. Very clean and comfortable.

Check in at 3 pm and collection of keys was slightly confused. I received actual instructions at 3.15 after my wife and friend had been trying to work out what to do. This said it was not a real problem 😁 Could do with a coffee machine ? For a perfect score

Location was excellent. Bus stop just outside to go into city centre & docks. Immaculate & very comfortable.

Fab location with some brilliant restaurants along the street, the apartment had everything you need open plan kitchen 2 x showers 2 x toilets the car park allocated is brilliant and right under your apartment block fab you will be given a fob to open security gates on day of arrival all spaces are numbered and you will be given your own personal number to park we were space 26 it felt very secure all in all great place in great location, Thanks Carl and Deb stayed 17th to 20th Oct 2025

Great location, clean and very nicely appointed apartment. Easy key pick up and return. Host responded quickly to any queries.

Collection of the key was a nightmare. We ended up having to walk up the road around the corner to get the keys. Why couldn't this information be emailed to me before we arrived. Good job we didn't have a car or it was poring with rain. Why tell us to collect keys from a restaurant when he knew nothing about keys?
