the swiss system of collecting recyclables in a central place of a village takes some getting used to, I would appreciate if there were bins for recyclables at the property or nearby; only swiss-standard (type J) electric sockets, no EU sockets and no convertors available - fine for phone chargers, doesn't work for laptop chargers

Excellent apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen. The rooms are spacious and bright. Excellent WiFi. There is access to the sauna. The apartment has a lot of dishes, and even spices. The washing machine is public on the ground floor, according to German tradition. The apartment has a gorgeous view of the mountains. Very spacious and bright bathroom. It is not as difficult to get to the therms and the shop as it might seem on the map (the way back is a little more difficult, but we managed it). The Migros shop is good. We are completely satisfied, we spent a whole week there with two children. If we ever return to Leukerbad (and it is definitely worth it, it is a magnificent place with gorgeous cliffs and mountains, and stunning views), we will definitely stay in this place again.

We were very well looked after in a comfortable apartment. Although we didn't make any special requests, the property manager, Doro, noted the ages of our small children and brought a cot and a bed to make a family room for us. Other small touches made us feel welcome. It was a great place to stay, and we were very relaxed.

If you're travelling by public transport with a lot of luggage or impaired mobility, the walk from the bus station to the apartment is a little tiring. It's not very far, but it's uphill. We were pushing a pram and carrying luggage.

Doro was very helpful. Property was lovely and great cooking facilities. Good car parking and lift for luggage. Views fabulous.

Having to deal with rubbish. Never found the place to recycle glass or aluminium. So brought it away with us.
