The bed that my husband and I slept on was so uncomfortable that we had to use the extra mattress/bed that I requested because I had a feeling that I would need it. The pillows were uncomfortable too.Finding the key to the apartment wasn't what I expected, from the garage parking to where the keys were at, I wasn't sure to touch the padlocks as alot of people were walking past the side walk and were staring at what I was doing, there was 2 padlocks with the same colour too. The shower water in the ensuite was aimed at the shower door. I guess overall, our stay was passable.

Our experience with this property was the worst experience I have had. We stayed for 1 night for one of our kids sporting events. The host called us at 8.30 at night while having dinner in the apartment to tell me that my payment hadn't gone through, even though I had paid the day before. The host would not listen to us or believe and over the next hour and a half continued to hassle us for proof and threatening to send someone around to make us pay twice!! We received a knock on the door at around 10pm asking for payment which we did not give as WE HAD ALREADY PAID!! This was incredibly stressful for my husband and I and our 2 young children. I stayed awake all night not knowing if we would receive another knock on the door demanding money or to kick us out. It was a completely unreasonable way to treat guests and I would not recommend this for anyone. I did receive a txt message the following day saying my payment had been received in the end.
