Location, close to city centre and amenities.

The bed was horrible, are the property owners really serious? The bed was unbelievable, shaking and sings all kinds of national anthem of all countries in the world with the slightest movement. The beddings were like picked from second hand shops, no offence to second hand stores but when one pays for a service, it should meet basic standards. The kitchenette was good but would have been better if there was a door between the bedroom and the kitchen. Bathroom not too bad but could do with a slightly bigger shower cubicle.

"Convenient and comfortable"

Excellent communication host. Check in was at 3pm but host let us put our bags in the room early as me and my friends were attending Radio 1 weekend. Comfortable beds, spacious and easy lock box system to get key from.

Didnt get to stay, as a hidded fee of a £100 pops up for a deposit after me booking for 3nights already costing £177. Staff were very rude when i asked for a refund soon as tgis email came through for deposit. I was unable to afford further £100. Also couldnt bank transfer through to monzo bank of who they wanted me to send too.

I asked if i could pay at reception. Trying to stretch the 100 deposit. Unhelpful as no option or concern of staff . £177 to losse is alot of money to me. And was meant to be special occasion. That did not happen. No other solution for me to pay deposit other than through tranfer to monzo bank. Apalling staff, were quite happy to take £177 no refund and no stay. Booking.com shame on both of you. I will be getting legal advice, shame they did not help me what so ever, lleaving me more strees time and bothe doing this
