"It was fun and good and very close to family members and it was close to westfield"

It was close to the westfield to go and hang out and fun and close for family members and it was a good experience and fun.

Great size rooms for our family. Nice large shower and bathroom facilities. Good to have ensuite as well. Within walking distance to Westfield shopping centre

Payment arrangement of having to do bank transfer rather than being able to pay directly through booking.com as usual

"Overall good"

Location is very easy to access. Good Communication with the facility staff. free parking.

The smell at the toilet was not pleasant. Looks like there were some leakage somewhere causing bad smell

"Easy, comfortable and enjoyable."

Excellently simple and clearly communicated procedures of checking in and out. The place was super comfortable and functional and the hosts are great in their friendly and helpful nature, being very forthcoming and ready to help. If we work in Western Sydney we will definitely be coming back.

The rest of the building and the elevator has a funny smell but this is beyond my host’s control
