The bed is not good at all, in fact it gave me a serve back ache

the place was filthy! apparently it had recently been painted but there were dirty marks all over the walls and floor! the armchair in the living room was so dirty it made us feel physically Ill! the property is also located directly above a nightclub so you can hear music, screaming and talking until 5am! do not use!

Location was central and the apartment was spacious

Noise from the bar below until 4am! Apartment is a little tired and in need of smartening up (chair and sofa stained, wobbly side table, broken lamp in bedroom). Bedrooms could accommodate a king size bed rather than a small double. A bigger cafetiere would be nice and maybe a dishwasher tablet and a sponge to wash up?

Apartment was lovely and spacious. Very clean. Can't comment on staff as we didn't see anyone in the 5 days we were there. Ideal location for city centre.

If you stay here don't expect to get any sleep. We stayed for 4 nights and between the surrounding bars (which can go on to 4am) and the ongoing roadworks ( they can start as early as 6am) we got very little sleep. The furniture is a bit tired and dated and the sofa and armchair stained. The flooring is also very creaky and worn out in places.

We stayed in Apartment 1 which was nothing like the advertised apartments online in terms of space. The apartment was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned. Here are some of our experiences: The toilet was dirty and left in a used state Used toiletries were left in the shower 1 hand towel provided for 2 people 1 bath towel dirty Shower doors hanging off and did not close Bathroom floor dirty Dreadful greasy dirty smell on arrival Extremely thin pillows, some without pillow cases and were very very stained Carpet in hallway very dirty and full of makeup stains and burn marks No dressing table or facility to dry hair Cloakroom size sink in the bathroom No tea towel provided in the kitchen Dining chairs digustingly dirty No air-conditioning and windows didn't open Overall this apartment was dirty and not well maintained It was not value for money would not return and definitely would not recommend What appeared at first to be attentive comminication eventually after almost daily calls and messages felt like a sales pitch to sell excessive additional charges for services that are usually part of hotel customer service Very very disappointed

The apartment was gigantic, lovely and clean. Would definitely go back.

Cut my hand on broken glass in the freezer, staff didn't seem to mind. On the last night there was a power cut, ended up stood outside for an hour and half cuz the key lock wasn't working then when we finally got in my partner asked what do we in the room as it will be pitch black to which the staff member (micheal) replied "just go to your room" i thought I'd heard him wrong so I asked n he said same to me (just go to your room)! We were disgusted with his attitude. (And thought he was drunk tbh)

Great location in the city centre. Also when I had to message the reception, they were quick to respond and helped us with a new hair dryer.

I knew that it would be noisy being in the city centre but I didn’t think it was going to be that bad. Didn’t get much sleep at all on the first night. On the second night we all slept in the front room which is at the back of the apartment to try and get more sleep.
