Faulty lock on main door

Close to Anfield and City, very good communication with management company.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. But water in the fridge would be a nice touch 😊

Good value for money. It was clean, nice and tidy and very spacious.

Fridge was not working

We picked this property as it was close to where we were going for a family party. We didn't spend much time at the property. Arrived, freshened up and went out for the evening. Came back, slept and then got up and packed to leave. We went out for breakfast. The rooms were decent sizes and clean. As we didn't use any of the facilities we cant say if they were all in good working order, but it did seem to have everything you would need for a few days away.

The bed was comfortable enough for a night but could have been better.

Beds horrendous both myself in the master and my small boy the mattress on both were ridiculous crap no comfort at all. On entry every room ice cold and could not get lounge heater to work. The initial booking procedure once booked was like an interrogation face time request I don't do a selfie photo of passport phone calls

The deposit has not returned yet what is the problem?

20 min from Anfield stadium on foot, around 30 min from downtown by bus. Quiet neighborhood. Local stores and diners within a few minute walk.

You have to send your personal ID before check in, which even seems to be against Booking.com policy. The apartment was not heated before we came, so for the first few hours it was quite cold in there.
