Good location and nice extras such as washing up liquid, toiletries and tea and coffee

Several areas were not that clean and some areas were badly damaged and in need of replacement. Bannister is damaged and a safety issue as if you catch your hand on it you could be injured. Some areas are in need of re-decoration. Hole in the ceiling on toilet. Front door does not close easily you need to push towards hinges to get it securely closed.

Didn't see any staff but that was as expected, no one in and fussing around the group of us. Clean and well stocked property. Good communication with me and thorough instructions on how to access the property and how to leave it also. The location close to the train station made it perfect for dropping baggage and heading out to the city. Also it had more bathrooms than expected which helped with the larger group

Great size and location

A bit grubby in places and some things broken

The property was very central and great for accessing the city centre. We had plenty of rooms and communal areas and bathrooms for our needs. Really great to have a couple of parking spaces. Communication was good and prompt throughout.

A few things like the freezer were broken and needed replacing. A bed frame was broken, we reported all these aspects so may be sorted now. For a large group there could have been additional glasses and other crockery.
