"Lovely secure apartment"

Flat was beautifully furnished and had nice welcoming touches like snacks and drinks. Especially appreciated the gated parking. Nice clear instructions for access. Excellent location by Sefton Park and Princes Park on tree-lined road.

"Great location but not clean"

Gated parking and location

The apartment certainly isn’t luxury, it’s dated and wasn’t clean at all. When we arrived at 15.09 to drop our bags off the cleaner hadn’t arrived. We came back at 16.04 and the cleaner was there but not finished. There was dust everywhere, no croissants, milk or orange juice as advertised only orange squash in the fridge. The location is great though and the kids enjoyed it. I suggest though you check on the house keeping as an hour is not long enough to thoroughly clean the apartment.

Very nice, warm and clean. Host was so responsive snd location suited me as near to bus stop. The complementary mini breakfast station was a lovely touch!

Very friendly. Good location, next to Sefton park and close to bus stop.

Carpet could do with an update or clean. Flat in general could have been a bit cleaner as was some cobwebs and dishes were a bit dirty and needed washed. These were only minor things though and overall was clean and tidy.

Great location, quiet and very secure with gated access to the property. Close to some lovely open green spaces and convenient for bus service for the short ride into city centre. Good facilities and excellent WiFi in the apartment.

Nice location next to the lovely SeftonPark. Safe parking,. Comfortable ground floor flat, spacious and clean. Bus stop very close to get into city centre.

Little concern about having no key for hallway door. Whilst it was kept open during our stay if a resident had closed it we would have been locked out.
