Close location to M& S Arena & attractions . Fresh & clean spacious accommodation for 3!

Not a ' negative ' ....it's was very warm this weekend but with window open.. . Very noisy all night with traffic!! Just what it is!

The location was good, shop couple doors along.

The property was full of ants downstairs, on the kitchen counters and coming from cupboards. There was a bucket of filthy water in the garden with cigarette dumps in that must have been there for a good few months which smelt horrific and lingered all over the house. We couldn’t keep windows open as it was that bad it made us gagg

it was very clean, the beds were super comfy and the amenities were good.

Excellent location, lovely little house. Spacious enough for a family of 4, everything basic was provided, communication very clear.

The convenience to access the city centre and the beds were comfortable.

We had a major issue as soon as we walked in related to children safety (it was clear in our reservation that we were family with 2 kids). Unfortunately, as soon as we went upstairs to checked the rooms our and my 7yo openes the small bedroom closet door, the whole piece of furniture fell on her and she got a hurt finger, only because I was very close and managed to stop it from squashing her.. If this would had happened to my 2yo the consequences could have been catastrophic. Safety is paramount when renting out a facility. The carpet and slower could have been cleaner.

The property was super clean and in a great location. Was able to park right outside the house and with the shop basically next door it was perfect
