Location was good

Fridge didn't work while we stayed and neither did freezer.

Great location. Property was modern and very clean

The building was a building site. Scaffolding everywhere and cladding was being replaced Not sent instructions for arrival in time. Finding apartment was very difficult Fridge and freezer were broken. One window catch was broken so you couldn’t close window. I couldn’t operate hob

I didn’t like been given a key with the wrong apartment number. Was really hard to find directions were not clear at all and none of the surrounding shops or workers knew where it was also no clear signage to find the apartments. When we did eventually find the building our key said 57 so we went to apartment 57 and there was a threatening note on the door. Safe to say we turned around and left immediately. I contacted Charlie to be told we had the wrong apartment so just go back, I’m sorry no!!

I liked leaving the place early due to the issues we faced.

The key fob directed us to the wrong door which had a threatened message left to all visitors stating they would be stabbed in the neck if they tried to enter. H+S clearly are causing this issue with the key codes. Its deplorable that this place is recommended for families. My children were terrified. The building is also under construction and stinks of urine. Finally it was filthy and not clean whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

It was clean and customer service was good

I booked the place for my uncle and at the time of booking I did call them few times to ask about things not once got mentioned that building looked like a construction site and there was work going on. Then the fridge didn't work the whole time my uncle was there, cooker didn't work, if one person had shower hot water stopped working for the second person, heating was only available in the hall. Did call them and maintenance guy went round to say fridge need replacement but they left it and done nothing about that. I feel like I paid too much money and didn't get the service fully so I am very disappointed.

Location was good and bedding was clean.

Very disappointed, firstly you get about 20 generic email and texts asking you the same questions about check in time, who is staying etc without getting an acknowledgement of your response before you even arrive. Check in is a 8-10 min walk to a shop, which is fine but once arriving at the shop I was given the wrong code to pick up the keys so I had to call up to get the correct code. On arriving at the apartment, there was loud building work in the flat complex which I think should have been mentioned to us, this doesn't look like it will end any time soon. There was supposed to be a spare key in the apartment but it wasn't there, after calling up I was asked to send a message instead which obviously no-one responded to so quite unnerving where the other key is. The fridge doesn't work and there was a mouldy milk carton in it which left us with an awful smell and we had to go and put it in the bin outside. The apartment was dusty, the bins had rubbish in them and the sofa bed is old and uncomfortable. They ask for a £25 nonrefundable payment as a security deposit before you stay which is shocking given that the fridge didn't work. After I had returned the keys, I was told I hadn't returned them which I replied to and heard nothing back.

Key collection was messed up. Noise during the weekend night because there are pubs around.

The checkin was a horror. The place we went to collect the key did not hsve the keys available. After a few calls 1hr later we got the keys only to go to apt number listed on key and discover apt number on key is not the same as the apt we were allocated. Finally after 3 hrs at almosr 12midnite we managed get into apt. In addititon only 1 travel size shampoo and soap was provided for 3 persons even though it was mentioned in listing toiletries will be provided. When asked, host advised they will only provide initial supply!! Even if it is meant to be initial supply, that small travel bottle of soap is not enough for 3 persons!
