Property wasn’t ready on check in time and make at desk gave us 2 different reasons why. When it turned out to be none of those reasons and actually that the cleaners were late to the apartment. This disrupted our day and our bookings. Pictures of the property DO NOT match the actual apartment and this is complete false advertisement!
