Although it was not located in the center, it is well communicated by bus. The apartment has everything you need and it is so cozy.

We were traveling light and it was no problem for us, but it's a third floor without an elevator, so it's not convenient if you are carrying heavy luggage.

This accommodation is a scam. We paid for accommodation but there were no keys!!! They didn't give us all our money back!!! FRAUD!!! I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone!!

Location, equipments in appartment and private parking.

The apartment itself is very nice and clean, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beds, curtains, towels, well-equipped kitchen, including salt, etc. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, a nice walk from the city center through a park, or a short bus ride to take you where you need to go, a supermarket is very close by. The building doesn't have an elevator, so be mindful of that when booking it.

I am not very keen on the communication with the Zymzo co-host though. Last minute, my plans changed and I had to bring my child along on the trip. There was no easy way to communicate with them about the change directly, so I checked her in through the app dutifully before the arrival, yet they still kept my deposit (80 EUR) for "violating the conditions and letting another person stay in". I didn't appreciate the language of that message, and the fact they took the money, as I believe announcing the extra person at check-in should be enough to solve this "peacefully" in any official tourist and travel accommodation.
