Loni's Place Apartments

Great location, strategically located between the city center and the train and bus stations. The windows are of high quality so that almost no noise from the street can be heard in the night while sleeping, the apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for a stay. I would definitely recommend this place

The landlord allowed us to check in early and provided clear instructions for picking up the keys. The apartment is clean and located in the city center.

Heating and air conditioning do not work or work poorly, and flat located at the basement.

El apartamento está en un sótano, aun así hay que subir escaleras hasta un primero, para luego bajarlas, y volver a bajar para acceder al sótano. Esto con un carrito y un bebé es algo engorroso.

Nice, clean, modern well equipped apartment. 5-10 minute walk to old town, shops and restuarants. Close to Tivoli Park for walks and nature. Bus/railway station also only 5-10 minute walk. Apart from the problems listed below it was ideal for a short city break.

There was no mention on property description that it was in a basement. A balcony/terrace was listed in property facilities and garden view - the only view was of people's feet and lower legs as they passed directly above on the street. A garden area was available but only by leaving ther property and going upstairs to access the garden. The access details were not clear enough omittting to say that you had to enter through a locked unmarked door before getting to the apartment door. There was only enough warm water for one person to have a shower in the morning.
