Point Zero

The rates are good. The rooms are spacious and come with lots of extras.

The check in was confusing! But we also arrived at 10 at night with a late booking. Regardless it was weird that nobody was there to greet us and answer our questions. We were send instructions on how to get into the building, into our room and into the parking area. In the room we found a few spots that looked like blood or maybe pizza sauce? In the morning we found Lots of ants. In the bed, on the floor and table. Even in our language. It would have been nice to have gotten a partial refund for this inconvenience.

The loud, loud talking of the next door neighbor. She sat on her patio for hours just yelling and screaming into her phone. Then a man got involved. He was also very loud. It was impossible to open the door to let outside fresh air in. Then the cigarette smoking was unbearable also. The smell and smoke was like someone was on the same unit as we were. Otherwise the facilities were nice but the noise and cigarette smoke were awful.

We stayed 6 nights here, and the price was very good, to be honest. We chose this apartment for two reasons: 1) it looked modern and minimal 2) it included a parking spot. We planned a road trip, and let me tell you, parking prices here are crazy, so an apartment with parking was the best solution. It's in a great location,15 minutes from Ljubljana by car in a beautiful neighborhood with private parking, accessible with a code. The apartment was spacious for two people and had everything we needed for a long stay. Everything was renovated and in good condition we even had a small patio. We are very grateful for this choice. We had a small problem with ants because it was on the ground floor, but the host responded quickly to everything we asked and solved the issue.

I would love double bed sheets because we are a couple, and longer sheets as well, because the current ones are not long enough to cover us but this happens in almost every apartment we rent. Lastly, I would like guest cleaning necessities such as a vacuum cleaner and a mop, as the floor gets dirty after a five-night stay, and I prefer not to bother the host with frequent requests.

Everything
