Noise from the street

The very busy main road, lots of traffic noise

Location is accessible by buses. Its a very spacious well equipped apartment, suitable for family with children. Just within 200 meters there are bus stops going both directions, takes you straight to the city/train station. Also a train station nearby. Supermarket and bakery for fresh bread in the morning within 150mtrs. The apartment was very neat, supplied with extra linnen, kitchen equipment. Very well lit us and ventilated. Master bedroom has an air conditioner which is very nice in the summer, other rooms have nice big netted windows that you can open to let cool breeze in. The host was very responsive and kind. Will definitely recommend this place when one ones to travel to Ljubljana and yet feel the comfort of their own home.

Even though its a quiet neighborhood, since the house in by a big road, you can hear the cars whizz pass throughout the night, can get a bit loud sometimes. The windows are quite great in isolating the noise but then it can get quite warm inside the room at night. Its also nice to have the windows open and light breeze is very calming, but then you have to make a choice whether you want a nice breeze or a quiet night. We chose to have a nice cool breeze to sleep the nights. In winters I assume that shouldn't be a problem though.
