Maison très agréable, bien située pour visiter l'ouest et nord ouest de l'île, au calme sur les hauteurs. Bien équipée. 2 chambres très bien arrangées. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Rien. Juste à noter, il ne faisait pas très chaud à la période où nous y étions (1ere quinzaine de mars), mais les 2 radiateurs soufflants portables ont été suffisants pour 2, en les déplaçant. C'est par contre sans doute un peu limite si vous utilisez les 2 chambres.

Appartement très vaste, bien situé géographiquement avec un parking au pied de la porte. Bien équipé. Bonne communication avec l'agence qui gère le bien.

Appartement un peu sombre

Loved it. Perfect place. Good size of the rooms. Private parking. Equipped kitchen. Amazing terrace. You can easily work from there. Will come back next time.

I was not happy with the communication. I was trying to contact the hosts several times different ways before booking as we had a check-in at night. And almost till the very last day, it was not clear, if it would be ok or not. In the end, it was not important, as the key was left in the keybox. But it made me nervous, and I did not understand why it could not be managed normally.

Provided parking space in front of the house; fruit basket and water, soaps and shower gel available on arrival; Communication, understanding and quick response to the situation by the company managing the apartment.

When we arrived and came into apartment there was some strange smell. Although all windows were left open by the cleaning team. After settling in we noticed strong mold smell from kitchen cupboards and main bedroom had stale old house smell. It was uncomfortable to be and sleep in. Because of open windows a lot of flies came in and there was no means left for us to fight them.   We found some hair on the smaller mirror in the bathroom and under the bed cover of one of the main beds. We understand that most often the owners/administrators of the apartments do not maintain them themselves but hire people or companies however quality control for such service should be a priority.   In the morning we found one of the moka pot insides covered with mold. Kitchen faucet kept running for some time after it is turned off. And toilet button had to be pushed and held very hard to flush.   We wrote to the apartment management company about this situation, and they refunded the entire amount paid without any dispute. They said they were not aware of this condition of the property. I don't know on what criteria the management company inspects apartments for rent, but mold definitely didn't appear in the apartment in short period of time.   We are glad that the apartment administrator understood the situation and did everything to resolve it as quickly as possible. He contacted Booking himself and initiated a refund. Unfortunately, we still suffered financial losses, because at that time we could no longer find apartments that matched the price/quality ratio, as we had booked Los Vinedos a month and a half before the trip. We had planned four days around this place, so we had to completely change our plans. We also wasted additional time looking for other apartments and moving. It was an unpleasant, stressful experience and wasted us time, which, unfortunately, no one compensates for.
