IELocation was very good just a 12 min stroll into centre down a hill but not a step one just a steady incline on way back up but the property was very tranquil and relaxing set amongst lovely gardens and the view WOW just STUNNING
The only thing that let's it down was no air conditioning but there is a fan in bedroom and living room

DKFantastic location with exceptionally beautiful views! Malcesine is a very nice town with a castle that is a must see. Nice pool. Really nice and helpful hostess.
No air conditioning! Too hot and only noisy ceiling fans. No seating by the pool unless you bring your own chairs.
PLEverything was perfect! - view, equipment, location, swimming pool even radio in the shower - simple and functional
