"Perfekter Aufenthalt mit Seeblick und Nähe zu Malcesine"

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Der spektakuläre Blick auf den Gardasee mit unvergesslichen Sonnenauf- und -untergängen ist einzigartig. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig, modern eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Die großzügige Terrasse und der wunderschöne Poolbereich laden zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage, kombiniert mit der Nähe zum charmanten Malcesine. Zudem bietet die Umgebung zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Naturerlebnisse. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

"Atemberaubender Audblick, aber qualitativ nicht hochwertig"

Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend!

Man ist nicht für sich allein. Die Terrasse ist quasi eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse und auch der Sichtschutz hilft so gut wie gar nicht. Die Ausstattung ist ausbaufähig und auch nicht qualitativ hochwertig (Plastikrasen). Das "Hochbett" ist in unseren Augen nicht vertrauenswürdig; der sogenannte Backofen ist viel zu klein, die Lampen zu grell. In der Wohnung waren viele Ameisen. Wer auf Liebe zum Detail steht, findet diese hier (leider) nicht.
