No18 Nursery Convent

The location was good. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Older building, but place is kept quite clean.

Plenty of space car park secure apartment first class

Car park spaces a tad wider

Clean, comfortable, especially the bed in the main bedroom which was lovely and large.

Nothing really - some hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would have been good.

Good location

The property hadn’t been cleaned upon our arrival, phoned the owner, who suggested we moved to another of his properties, inconvenient, but we did, the apartment was much smaller, again, this had not been cleaned, hairs in the bed, dirty bathroom, floors needed hoovering, tried to call the owner, he ignored my calls & texts, even sent him photos of the dirt! We had no choice but to clean the apartment ourselves, it was to late to book anywhere else as we had young children with us, & had already paid hundreds of pounds to stay here! Such a shame as we have stayed here on many occasions, but we will not stay again.

Great location and comfy beds

There was quite alot of marks on the carpet and crisp obviously from the previous guests, this was throughout and wasn't cleaned properly. The fridge hadn't been cleaned and the freezer compartment had no room as it was completely frozen. There was also a huge water mould Mark in the livibgroom that looked like it was from a leaking shower or something above the apartment. As we stayed at this property for my mother's funeral with living in Devon i didn't complain as this was the thing on my mind to be honest.

The two single beds together in main bed Would prefer a king size bed

Secure parking and easy access to property. Very Clean and spacious

Only 1 cereal / soup spoon but lots of kids plastic spoons!!!
